The year 2016 started off as a very busy and productive year for both Motorola and Lenovo. First off, they released 3 new products to the Moto G line of smartphones. These are the Moto G4 Plus, Moto G4 and Moto G4 Play. These 3 smartphones are targeted towards users who are looking to buy smartphones, but have a tight budget.
In fact, with the Moto G4 Plus, you can get a smartphone with a 16MP camera and a fingerprint scanner for a relatively cheap price of $249.
Earlier this year, Moto Z and Z Force were also introduced. Dubbed as the most remarkable phones ever created by Motorola, the company introduced MotoMods. You can magnetically snap these Mods on your Motorola smart phone and they can either have aesthetic or utilitarian purposes, depending on the Mods.
Moto E3 Power Sold in Hong Kong
Rumors have been circulating about a new smartphone under the Moto E line, but there hasn't been any major update until now. Recently, reports have said that the Moto E3 Power is now being sold in Hong Kong for $142 or 1098 HK Dollars.
Moto E3 Power Specs
The best feature of the Moto E3 Power is its long battery life. With a 3,500 mAh battery and a 5-inch touchscreen display with 720 pixels by 1280 pixels HD resolution, the phone will surely have an incredibly long battery life. The 3,500 mAh battery is non-removable.
Other features of this budget smartphone include dual SIM cards, 4G LTE support, 1.0 GHZ quad-core central processing unit, 2GB RAM, 8MP rear camera and a 5MP selfie front camera.
The Motorola E3 Power runs on Android 6.0.1. Users can connect with the phone through 4G, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi sensors. The phone also sports ambient light, accelerator and proximity sensors.
Moto E3 Power soon in India
Aside from Hong Kong, a recent tweet suggests the Moto E3 Power will be sold soon in India as well.
The company used the Twitter hashtag #NeverMissOut to promote the Moto E3 Power which emphasizes not missing out on longer battery life as the phone's main draw.
The Moto E3 Power aims to be competitive against the other budget smartphones available in India. With entry-level specs, it is expected to be priced at less than Rs. 10,000.
Pretty soon, in fact one month from now, this latest gadget will be introduced in the IFA which will be held in Berlin, along with price and global availability information.
