Moto G5 vs. Nokia 5: How the Specs of the Two Smartphones Stack Up Against Each Other
Both the Moto G5 and the Nokia 5 are expected to be released soon
Both the Moto G5 and the Nokia 5 were officially introduced to the public during this year's Mobile World Congress and these new smartphones bring some interesting specs to the table.
Starting off with the specs that the two smartphones will have in common, both are expected to be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 430 processor.
The 3.5mm headphone jack will also be present on both devices, which may come as pleasant news for many smartphone shoppers.

The two new smartphones are also expected to feature 13-megapixel primary cameras, but their secondary cameras – the Moto G5 is slated to come with a 5-megapixel selfie shooter, while the Nokia 5's front-facing camera will provide 8 megapixels – and many of their specs will differ quite a bit.
In terms of memory, the Nokia 5 will come with 2GB of RAM onboard and 16GB of internal storage, though owners can use a microSD card to hike that storage limit all the way up to 128GB, according to the smartphone's official website.
As for the Moto G5, its official website notes that it may come with either 2 or 3GB of RAM. Internal storage capacities will start at 16G and those owners who still need more space can use a microSD card to increase the available space up to 128GB.
The new Motorola smartphone is also expected to be a bit smaller than its Nokia counterpart, with the former featuring a 5.0-inch display, while the latter will come with a 5.2-inch screen.
The two smartphones are also expected to come with the Android Nougat operating system, though the Nokia smartphone is expected to feature a newer version of it.
Exact release dates for the Moto G5 and the Nokia 5 are not known at this point in time, but both smartphones are expected to be made available to consumers sooner rather than later.
