Moto X Style and Moto 360 pre-orders begin in the UK
Pre-orders for Motorola's Moto X Style and Moto 360 have already started in the United Kingdom via the online store of the phone company.
The pre-order for the Moto X Style and Moto 360 came in the wake of the Moto X Play. The delivery date for the Moto X Style is estimated to be on Oct. 6, according to Engadget.
The Moto X Style comes with a 5.7-inch QHD screen and runs a 1.8 gigahertz Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 chip. It also boasts of a 21-megapixel rear snapper with what the company claims to be one of this year's best smartphone camera sensors, Techno Buffalo reports.
The device runs on an Android operating system with a few added apps and features exclusive to Moto smartphones. Users can customize the phone via Moto Maker. Moto X Style also packs Motorola's new 21-megapixel rear-facing camera, which is claimed to be one of the best smartphone camera sensors to hit the market this year.
When Motorola announced the Moto X Style this summer, the company revealed that the unit has 3 GB of RAM and is powered by a 3,000 mAh battery, the report adds.
The cost of the Moto X Style is estimated to be at least £399 ($619). Those who want to get their hands on the 64 GB variant can simply add £35 ($54), and those who want to do away with the regular plastic back and prefer to have a leather or wood back panel can add £20 ($31) to the base price, the report details.
Meanwhile, the latest Moto 360 has a starting price of £229 ($353) for the 42-millimeter variant, with the option to choose between the unit "designed for men" and the one "designed for women." Its larger model, the 46-millimeter variant, comes with a £269 ($415) price tag. The said prices are applicable to the basic models with the leather strap.
Moto 360 fans can also upgrade the watch to get the one with the metal strap with the color options of silver, gold, or black by just adding another £30 ($46) to the base price. Micro Knurl bezels can also be added for another £20 ($31).
The estimated delivery date for the pre-ordered Moto 360 units is Sept. 28.
