'Mr. Robot' Season 3 Episode 5 Spoilers: Angela to Start Regretting Joining the Dark Army?
Angela's (Portia Doubleday) composure will be tested in the upcoming episode of "Mr. Robot." Fans will see whether or not she will be ready to die for the Dark Army.
In the episode titled "eps3.4_runtime-err0r,r00," the promo shows a scared Angela at the middle of a deadly fight. In the clip, Elliot's (Rami Malek) childhood friend is scurrying for safety while trying to protect a mysterious suitcase. This may be the time when Angela realizes that she has bitten off more than she can chew. As phase two of the attack against the E Corp progresses, the more she recognizes the type of deadly game she is playing. Angela also never knows when she is talking to Elliot or Mr. Robot, something that keeps her awake at night.
In an interview with the Hollywood Reporter, writer-producer Kor Adana made clear that Angela is still very much determined to work with the Dark Army. Still, her conscience is working against her, making her feel bad about the casualties that would be recorded after everything has been done. She is also starting to doubt her capabilities in the mission. It will not be surprising if Angela suddenly folds and gives up in the middle of the operation.

"So I think she's still committed, but the plan is coming together and things are about to get real. With Stage Two, she's concerned about the potential loss of human life. Even though she still has a great deal of faith in Whiterose and the overall plan, the feelings of worry and lingering doubt still weigh on her. There's also this responsibility of having to logistically pull off a mission like this. I'm sure she's asking herself if she can really do it," Adana said.
Meanwhile, the synopsis reveals that Elliot will be on the run and Darlene (Carly Chaikin) will not be able to stand aside and not help. The siblings both know that they are in this together. Soon, she thinks she will be able to reveal that truth to Elliot that she is working with the FBI.
