'Mr. Robot' Season 3 Spoilers: Elliot Holds All-Out Rebellion Against Edward
Elliot (Rami Malek) is done with Edward's (Christian Slater) mind games in the upcoming season of "Mr. Robot."
Recent spoilers revealed the events that will take place after Tyrell (Martin Wallström) shot Elliot in the chest. The promo photos (via Entertainment Weekly) indicated that though the hacker is still alive, his condition is serious. The amount of blood shown in the images suggest that Tyrell hit a major organ and that Elliot will need immediate medical attention to prevent more complications. It has been revealed that his anarchic alter ego gave the go signal to shoot when Elliot said no to Tyrell's urging that he join the second phase of the attack against E Corp.
With Edward intent on seeing the plan through until the end, Elliot will have to move fast to stop him from doing more damage. As shown in the last installment, the hacker is still pretty much under Edward's control. It has been teased though that a different Elliot will take over in season 3. He will surely have a plan to stop Edward from going further.

In an interview with E! News, Malek teased that the upcoming storylines would hold more sufficient answers to the fans' many questions about Elliot and the others.
"Season two, what season two did is it opened all of these...questions is a good phrase to use, but it became so intricate that we can now go to all these places with the audience having them understand exactly who everyone is and we can now be even more detailed in answering these questions. The pace of season three really pays back laying out all of that information in two because we really fly through this third season and it is electric," Malek said.
"Mr. Robot" season 3 will air Oct. 11 on USA Network.
