'Mr. Robot' Season 3: Elliot Hunts Down Tyrell
Elliot (Rami Malek) will not let Tyrell (Martin Wallstrom) get away with shooting him in the upcoming season of "Mr. Robot."
According to spoilers, the next installment of the USA Network series will reveal what comes after the tense cliffhanger during the last finale. Tyrell showed up and kidnapped Elliot, telling him that phase two of the Dark Army's plans was already in motion. After months of wondering if he really killed Tyrell, Elliot learned that he has been deceived. The other man has planned his disappearance meticulously, and Elliot felt like a fool and appropriately lashed out. He said he did not want any part in the next uprising.
Tyrell answered with a gun pressed at Elliot's chest. When he was sure that the hacker meant every word he said, he pulled the trigger. As Elliot was losing consciousness, Tyrell called someone. It was Angela (Portia Doubleday). She has also joined the Dark Army. Angela told Tyrell he had no choice but to shoot Elliot. She tried to comfort him when he started crying and saying that he loved the hacker.
However, Elliot is expected to recover. When he does, he will likely want some answers. The first thing he will probably do is search for Tyrell.
At the moment, though, Elliot still has no idea that Angela has betrayed him. He probably will not have a chance to talk to her right away. Since Whiterose (BD Wong) has Angela by the neck, she will likely stay away from her old friend. Although it was not revealed what kind of hold the transgender woman has on Angela, viewers have the idea that it has something to do with a Washington Township plant. Whatever transpired in their brief meeting has changed Angela's loyalty quickly.
According to reports, Wong has been promoted as a series regular, which means he will be featured in more episodes. Whiterose will probably watch Angela like a hawk, making sure that she stays focused on the cause. They cannot afford to mess up phase two of the operation.
"Mr. Robot" season 3 will return this October on USA Network.
