Mya Denies Jay Z Affair Amid Beyonce Infidelity Rumors
Mya Harrison is defending herself against claims that she engaged in an inappropriate relationship with rapper Jay Z.
Jay Z, the 44-year-old rap mogul, is married to singer Beyonce, 32. However, some questioned if he had an extramarital affair with singer Mya, 34.
One person took to Instagram to question Mya who was candid in her response.

"Heard you and Jay Z had an 11-year affair," the fan questioned Mya on Instagram. "Are you his side chick or nah?"
The R&B singer denied the claims.
"Never did, never was, never will,"she responded on the social networking website.
Mya defended herself while insisting that she relies on God to supply her needs and respects the sanctity of marriage.
"Illegitimate, thirsty sources with no facts and that's the 'media' for you - especially today," she wrote. "I play second to no one, pay my own bills, have my own label, own management company, rely on God only and respect myself & marriage too much for nonsense."
She went on to explain how false rumors such as the one she was linked to got started.
"False rumors are crafted for ratings & numbers," Mya wrote. "And miserable, unhappy people need someone to judge to deter the attention away from their own misery and feel better about their miserable lives. If they did it to Jesus, they'll do it to anyone. God bless."
Mya's response came after Beyonce fueled rumors of infidelity with her latest rendition of "Resentment" where she changed some lyrics.The 32-year-old singer, is touring the country with her husband and rap mogul Jay Z for their joint "On The Run Tour."
During their recent Ohio stop, Beyonce appeared in what looked like a wedding gown to belt out her ballad "Resentment" with some new lyrics.
In the song, Beyonce initially sang about having to look at her husband's mistress continually, "and see she's had half of me." However, Beyonce changed those lyrics during her performance.
"I gotta look at her in her eyes and see she's had half of me," she sang at her concert. "She ain't even half of me. That b---- will never be."
The speculation comes after rumors have been swirling about why Beyoncé's sister Solange Knowles has physically attacked Jay Z after the recent Met Gala in a video that has gone viral. Rumors began to swirl about the rap mogul's infidelities being the reason for the altercation.
However, the family kept the fight's origin private while patching things up publicly.
