'Naruto Shippuden' Episodes 498, 499 Spoilers: Kakashi Worries About the Wedding as Hinata Bonds with the Girls

With only a little more than 10 days left before Naruto and Hinata's wedding day, Konoha's current Hokage, Kakashi, finds himself in a tight pinch in the next episode of "Naruto Shippuden."

There is still so much to do, so many tasks to complete before the big day, and Kakashi feels he needs to step up and see to his duties as Hokage, while also making sure that things go as planned on the grand wedding day.

Kakashi, who is usually not bothered by the small things, will find himself back on the riverbank, reflecting about the upcoming event in his village. He's otherwise happy for Naruto and Hinata, but when he thinks about the technicalities of the wedding, all sorts of concerns start crowding his head.

He still has to check the expenses, make the rounds to greet people, while also making absolutely sure that everybody makes it on time and to the right place. Just thinking about all of this is making him anxious, like the father of the village is wont to do.

Titled "The Whereabouts of the Secret Mission," the upcoming episode will finally be revealing where the venue for the wedding is going to be. The trailer also shows the bride Hinata spending some bonding time with the girls. This is the first time that she will be shown ever since the wedding arc began, which makes one wonder what Naruto is up to for his part?

Episode 499 airs on Thursday, March 16 at 7:30 p.m. JST on TV Tokyo.

Meanwhile, "Naruto Shippuden" is about to hit its 500th episode on March 23, and there is speculation that this day could also mark the end of the long-running anime series. It is still unclear whether there will be more episodes airing beyond the 500th mark.

On the other hand, the follow-up spin-off series about Naruto's son, Boruto, is all set to premiere on Wednesday, April 5, on TV Tokyo.
