'Nashville' Season 4 Episode 17 Spoilers: Rayna, Deacon Call for Some Help; Luke Tries to Bolster Will's Career
The drama and tension of "Nashville" Season 4 continues this week with a brand new episode that will see what Rayna (Connie Britton) and Deacon (Charles Esten) have to do with the issues related to their rebellious daughter Maddie (Lennon Stella). Meanwhile, Luke will use his influence to help jumpstart someone else's career.
Spoiler alert for those who missed "Didn't Expect It To Go Down This Way," Maddie followed her impulse and decided to run away with Cash (Jessy Schram). Deacon and Rayna are quite vocal on their disapproval for Maddie to be around with the guy, who has been nothing but a bad influence to her. She even broke her heart and made them worry when she decided to run away in the last episode. The terrifying incident only made Deacon and Rayna to blame themselves for what their daughter has become.
Pushed by desperation, the synopsis from TVGuide for the upcoming episode titled "Baby Come Home," said that Rayna will ask for Teddy's (Eric Close) help with the Maddie crisis. It would be interesting to find out if Teddy will be able to convince the young rebel girl to abandon the road and head back home.
Maddie's runaway problem won't be the only highlight in the episode as the summary also said about Juliette's (Hayden Panettierre) success on her tour. The returning act will be overcome with glee, seeing how things are looking up for her, and will try to reconcile with Avery (Jonathan Jackson). However, this won't sit well particularly with Layla (Aubrey Peeples). Apparently, the latter feels envious of what is happening to Juliette right now. Fans should expect some drastic move from Layla.
Meanwhile, Luke's (Will Chase) storyline will also be of focus during the hour. According to the report, he will appear on a talk show with an intent to promote Will (Chris Carmack). Will Luke be able to have his fans give their support to Will, who is a gay artist?
"Nashville" Season 4 airs Wednesdays at 10 on ABC.
