'NCIS: Los Angeles' Season 8 Episode 16 Spoilers: Deeks Visits a Home for the Elderly

Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen) will visit a retirement home as part of the squad's latest investigation in the next episode of "NCIS: Los Angeles."

In the episode titled "Old Tricks," the synopsis (according to TV Guide) reveals that the NCIS team will take on a kidnapping case. A resident in an elderly home has suddenly vanished, leaving several clues to where he was taken. As the agents comb through the evidence, they will find out that two con artists may have something to do with the disappearance. Edward O'Boyle (Martin Mull) and his wife, Ginger (Debra Jo Rupp), have been targeting the residents and swindling their money.

The promo shows that Deeks will be sent by the team to interview the elderlies. At first, the residents do not trust him, as seen in the promo photo where an old man appears to hitting the agent with his cane. Deeks will eventually succeed in getting the others talk, though. In the clip, he is shown happily playing cards with some of the old people. The NCIS needs to track down the scam artists and see if they are connected to the abduction that took place. To do that, they need to get as much information as they can from the residents.

Meanwhile, Callen (Chris O'Donnell) is tired of covering up for his father. In the teaser, he is revealed to be trailing Reznikov (Daniel J. Travanti). Callen is aware of his old man's illegal activities. He has tried hard to protect him, but it looks like he has had enough. The promo shows Callen telling Reznikov that he has finally crossed the line. The Russian is ready to fight, though. He has a gun and it looks like he is prepared to use it if needed.

"NCIS: Los Angeles" season 8 episode 16 will air on Sunday, March 5 at 8 p.m. EST on CBS.
