Ghost Games also disclosed, ahead of the game's release, the list of trophies that will be available in the game, according to Gear Nuke. There will be a total of 31 trophies once the game arrives and each trophy is achievable through variety of ways. Some of those ways include beating personal and record times, meeting icons, reaching certain Rep levels and of course, winning races and events.

The "Platinum Trophy" is considered the biggest trophy and one of its requirements in order to attain it is to get the other 30 trophies. Other trophies include "Iconic Builder," which can be attained by becoming a Build Icon, and "RWB" which is reported to have never been achieved before. This trophy can be achieved by meeting the legendary builder Nakai-San. The "Getting Noticed" trophy can be obtained upon reaching Rep level 25. However, the source cited that only 12.5 percent of the total PSN users have ever reached that level.

"Need for Speed" will also be released for the PS4 console. The PC version has been delayed to 2016.
