'Neverwinter: Elemental Evil' expansion to be released next month

Good news for all "Neverwinter" fans. The Dungeons & Dragons massively multiplayer online role-playing game is getting a big update that will really allow players to experience a full-fledged roleplaying video game. According to IGN, Perfect World Entertainment has confirmed that "Neverwinter: Elemental Evil" is coming to Xbox One on Sept. 8.

The publisher has also announced that the update they will make to "Neverwinter" is the largest one by far. Alongside the confirmation, an official gameplay trailer of the expansion pack has been released which gave fans and interested gamers an exciting sneak peek to what's coming for them. The trailer revealed that Perfect World has really put tremendous work to put together the biggest ever update for the fans.

Gameinformer noted that the downloadable pack combines content from four expansions. It includes "Elemental Evil," "Shadowmantle," "Curse of Icewind Date," and "Fury of the Feywild." Fans will be able to easily grab these contents as all of these will be made available to play completely for free.

Aside from the appealing contents, the "Elemental Evil" expansion will also bring with it a level cap increase up to level 70, introduce the Oathbound Paladin playable class and offer new adventure zones to unearth like Malabog's Castle and Valindra's Tower. There will be extra in-game dungeons for those who are searching to achieve more some extra loot.

In addition to all the new contents, the update is also made to continually bring quality-of-life enhancements to the constantly evolving MMORPG. The game on Xbox One makes use of console features including friends list integration and optimized controls to effortlessly shift the MMORPG experience from PC to console. With over two million players since it was launched, "Neverwinter" is maintaining its spot in the charts as the top free-to-play title on Xbox One in 2015.
