New England Patriots vs New York Giants: Watch National Football League, Start Time, Live Stream, Preview
The Patriots are coming off a win over the Carolina Panthers.
Two teams with well-known quarterbacks clash at Gillette Stadium as the New England Patriots host the New York Giants in their final National Football League preseason matches.
The battle is on September 3, 2015 at 7:30 PM ET.
Heading into the final matches before final preparations for the season begins, the Giants find themselves with a 1-2 record and are third in the NFC East, while the Patriots sport a 2-1 record which ties them with the Buffalo Bills and New York Jets for the top spot in the AFC East.
Eli Manning and Tom Brady are expected to take the field for minimal minutes during the game and this will be the final match for Brady before he completes his game suspension for the famed Deflategate.
Brady featured in their last game, a 17-16 win over the Carolina Panthers where he completed one touchdown pass to Scott Chandler in the second quarter. However, his performance did not come without negatives as he had two passes intercepted early in the game.
However, Dion Lewis and Stephen Gostkowski made sure that the Patriots still left with a victory after a touchdown and a field goal gave them the lead in the final quarter to come from behind after being down 7-16 at the end of the third.
Meanwhile, the Giants fell to the New York Jets in their match at MetLife Stadium after the Giants defence allowed two touchdown passes from Ryan Fitzpatrick.
Ryan Nassib played a good game for the Giants as he went 11-18 for 122 yards and even completed a touchdown pass to Jerome Cunningham before completing the two-point conversion with a connection with Julian Talley.
Manning only completed 12-16 for 91 yards but was sacked twice and failed to complete a touchdown pass during the game.
Expect both top quarterbacks to play minutes as they try to get victories at the end of the match.
