'New Girl' Season 6 Episode 19 Spoilers: Jess Scrambles as Reagan Returns
After a week without "New Girl," the Fox comedy series is set to resume next week. The upcoming episode of "New Girl" season 6 will see the return of Reagan (Megan Fox).
The synopsis of the new episode, titled "Socalyalcon VI," states that Reagan will finally arrive back home after a work trip. However, her return causes some problems for Jess (Zooey Deschanel), who worries that she may have been acting too much like Nick's (Jake Johnson) girlfriend.
Elsewhere, Schmidt (Max Greenfield) and Cece (Hannah Simone) have their own problems to deal with. Now that they have a new house to call home, they find themselves fixated on the place's security. Finally, Aly (Nasim Pedrad) confesses a humiliating secret that she has been keeping from Winston (Lamorne Morris).
Meanwhile, here is a brief recap of the previous episode, titled "Young Adult."
In an effort to make herself seem like a cool principal in front of her students, Jess enlisted the help of Nick, who was struggling to come up with ideas for a sequel to his novel, "The Pepperwood Chronicles." She sweetened the deal by telling him that holding a book discussion at her school might help him get started on things.
Jess' plan to carve a cool reputation for herself as the new school principal does not go as planned, though. It ended up working in excess, and the students started calling her PJ, short for Principal Jess. They even took selfies with her. In the end, Jess put her foot down, and the students apologized for their behavior.
Meanwhile, Winston found out that another lady, Gil (Mary Holland), has been calling Ferguson her cat. She even named him – Sweatshirt. They settled the debacle by placing the cat in the middle of a room as the two called out to it, and Winston ultimately won.
Schmidt, on the other hand, was informed that he had to hire a personal assistant at work. He ended up hiring Jeremy (Asif Ali), who was able to predict and satisfy Schmidt's every need without being told what to do.
"New Girl" airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. EDT on Fox.
