New Xbox Games Starting Feb. 27: 'Torment: Tides of Numenera,' 'Ghost Blade HD,' and More
Another week has dawned on Xbox owners, which means a fresh, new batch of games are coming. This is something that keeps consoles alive, and there's a lot to celebrate with the upcoming content.
As per Xbox Wire editor Mike Nelson, players can expect four new titles coming from Feb. 27 to March 5. Each of the new games come from a varying genre, so there is bound to be something for every type of player to enjoy.
The first one is the highly anticipated table-top role-playing game, "Torment: Tides of Numenera." Raising a total of over $5 million from more than 95,000 pledges, it has captured the interest of many backers, bringing it finally to fruition. With three classes who each look at the numenera differently, it will be a challenging yet deeply tantalizing game that arrives on Feb. 28.

For those who are looking for a nostalgic feel from new games, "Ghost Blade HD" definitely fits the bill. It is based on classic shooting games such as "B-Wings" and "Twin Bee" from the iconic Family Computer, thus controls and maneuvers are most likely easy to learn and fun to use. The game becomes available by Feb. 28.
Meanwhile, the multiplatform world of "Eekeemoo and Splinters of the Dark Shard" comes to Xbox on March 3. The player takes on the role of a cute sword-wielding Eskimo who is on a quest to save his friends. In order to do so, he needs to solve mind-boggling puzzles while staying alive by defeating hordes of foes.
Last but not the least, "Bloons TD 5" finally graces consoles with its presence. This tower defense title comes from a long line of installments and adds a unique flair to the genre with vibrant designs and will be arriving on March 3.
New games will arrive on the Xbox next week, so there is always something to look forward to for console owners.
