The New York Jets welcome the Cleveland Browns at the MetLife Stadium as the new season of the National Football League begins.
Both teams battle on September 13, 2015 at 1:00 PM ET.

For the Browns, it is understood that Josh McCown will be starting as the team's quarterback. There is a lot of pressure on him as he will also try to work well enough for him to keep his job the entire season – something that no quarterback has done for the team since 2001.
The same goes for the Jets with different issues with Michael Vick and Geno Smith, New York are still trying to find their groove and get their own signature on the offensive end. Ryan Fitzpatrick is a solid alternative and luckily for New York, he holds a 3-1 career against the Browns.
One of the big changes for New York is in their defensive backfield. Last year, the team were the third-worst in allowing passing touchdowns.
As a result, they have added players like Darrelle Revis, Buster Skrine and Antonio Cromartie who can help the team outright as well as develop young players to make big plays. They will be tested against the Browns' receivers.
During the pre-season, the two teams enjoyed different campaigns as Cleveland only won one out of their four matches.
Only with a 31-7 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as a victory, they had performances such as the 24-0 loss to the Chicago Bears that leaves them more questions than answers.
For New York, they only lost once and it was a 23-3 blowout by the Detroit Lions. They bounced back with wins over the Atlanta Falcons, New York Giants and the Philadelphia Eagles.
