A battle in the East will commence.
Both trying to rebound from defeats in their last game, the Miami Heat travel to Madison Square Garden to face the New York Knicks in this Eastern Conference match-up.
The match is on November 27, 2015 at 7:30 PM ET.
At the moment, the Heat are on top of the Southeast Division with a 9-5 record, while the Knicks are third in the Atlantic Division with an 8-8 record as they try to chase the leaders - the Toronto Raptors and Boston Celtics.
Furthermore, the Knicks are trying to erase a two-game losing streak as they played their last two games away from home and resulted in losses to the Heat and the Orlando Magic.
On the other hand, the Heat were thrashed by the Detroit Pistons in their last outing as they dropped a 104-81 loss at the Palace.
This is the second of four total meetings for the team and as stated above, the Heat recently won their first contest in the campaign.
The match was at the American Airlines Arena and the Heat started off early, building a seven point advantage after the first quarter.
They continued to pour the pressure in the second, only allowing the Knicks 11 points in the second frame as they continued to extend the lead.
Miami would then continue to manage the lead and eventually win 95-78 to the delight of the Florida fan base.
The win ended the Knicks' four-game winning streak and nullified Kristaps Porzingis' impressive game as he ended with 20 points and 14 rebounds.
As for the Heat, Goran Dragic had 13 points and nine rebounds in the game to help the team to victory.
Carmelo Anthony had 21 points to lead New York but he only shot 6-of-16 from the field and went 0-of-5 from beyond the arc.
Meanwhile, the Heat had five players score in double figures in the win.
