Nexus 5 Snap Case Now Available in Google Play Store for $29.99
Google is offering a new "Snap" case for the Nexus 5 smartphone in the Play Store.
The accessory retails for $29.99 and it comes in Black, Silver, Aqua, White and Clear. The case snaps onto the back of the smartphone. It doesn't cover the front so the phone will have almost the same physical appearance from that angle.
The lower back of the case features a Google logo. The clear version will allow users to see the Nexus and LG logos from the back of the phone. It is currently available in Google Play and ships in 1-2 days.

A new concept video for the Nexus 6 and second-gen Nexus 5 was released earlier this month
The clip was created and published by My Gadgetic and features newly designed models and a list of imaginary specs to go along with them.
The Nexus 6 in the video features super thin bezels and comes with a 5.7-inch Super LCD4 display with 1920 x 1080 pixels, BoomSound speakers, 3GB RAM, and Qualcomm's latest 64-bit Snapdragon 810 processor. It also features a 12-megapixel camera with dual LED flash on the back with 5-megapixel front shooter.
Those anticipating a Nexus 6, or Nexus 5 successor will be pleased to know that it is coming, but it might be under a different name.
Google is currently working to create the Android Silver program, which involves manufacturers and wireless carriers getting paid to produce and sell high-end devices that closely adhere to the company's specifications. This new deal will replace the existence of the Nexus smartphone line and usher in a new era of Android.
The Silver program will have certain restrictions including the limiting the number of non-Google apps that can come pre-installed on devices that fall under this category.
