NFL Monday Night Football Preview: How to Watch NFL Game Online

Monday Night Football for Week 8 will feature two teams sharing the same first place positions in their respective divisions, but actually have contrasting records. The Colts have the benefit of owning first place in the NFL's AFC Southern Division, even though they carry a losing record of 3-4. The Panthers, on the other hand, come into this evening's game with an undefeated record, 6-0.

The fact that wide receiver Phillip Dorsett won't be playing after suffering a fractured ankle does not help the cause for the Colts, who are going to face a full Panthers lineup with no reported injuries heading into the game. Despite Indianapolis getting used to losing this season, Andrew Luck has been a positive sign for the team.

They certainly have all the motivation on this one with the thought of beating an undefeated Carolina squad, but that's easier said than done. But it can't be ignored that the Colts actually haven't won a game outside their own division, AFC South this season.

The Panthers are still undefeated and they're on a tear and they can beat any team in the entire league right now. The team's most potent weapon is Cam Newton, who delivered to six different receivers who have 20 or more yard receptions. The team also leads the league in 144.7 yards average per game, headed by Newton and Jonathan Stewart.

This should be an interesting night of football and the Panthers will simply be too much for the Colts to handle.
