'No Man's Sky' Update: Fans May Be Disappointed With Game

"No Man's Sky" is one of the most highly anticipated games at this time, but there are reports saying the Hello Games title may just come out as a disappointment to its fans by the time it is released.

Since Hello Games first introduced "No Man's Sky" in 2014, gamers' anticipation began building up steadily until now. Because of the long stretch of waiting time that fans are enduring, the game may turn out to be a big disappointment for them, especially for those who have already set high expectations for the title, according to Australia Network.

MNR Daily says the "No Man's Sky" rumors that have emerged might affect the way fans will view the actual game. The publication also mentioned that the game could be a major disappointment for fans this year.

"No Man's Sky" generated a lot of hype because it gave a promise of a very good game. While it may actually live up to the fans' expectations, it could also turn out to be merely an overrated title, the report explains.

Forbes cited the way the indie game was given the honor of being unveiled via a stand-alone segment during Sony's exhibition at the E3. The special attention caused the game to earn such a high amount of respect and anticipation from various gamers, who were hooked because of the promise of infinite playing.

The game is slated for a June 2016 release, PC Advisor reports. A two-year waiting period before the release of the game may cause fans to lose some of their enthusiasm for "No Man's Sky."

However, this does not mean that players should not expect anything good from the game. It merely conveys the message that gamers should not let their expectations soar too high so that they will still be able to fully enjoy the gaming experience once the title is released.

"No Man's Sky" will be made available for PC and PS4 when it comes out by mid-2016. There is also a possibility that the game will be available for VR, but this is still unconfirmed.
