It's an Elite Battle.
At the Chesapeake Energy Arena, the Oklahoma City Thunder host the defending champions Golden State Warriors in the regular season of the National Basketball Association.
The matchup is on Feb. 27 at 8:30 p.m. ET and expect fireworks between these two high-powered squads.
This is undoubtedly a battle between two of the better teams, not only in the Western Conference, but also in the entire league.
Both squads boast superstar lineups with current Most Valuable Player Stephen Curry carrying his team to a historic run, while MVP candidate Kevin Durant shoulders the load for the Thunder, with Russell Westbrook also playing at a great level this year.
This is only the second time the two teams meet and will have another clash later on in the season.
As expected, both teams lead their respective divisions as the Thunder are looking to break history, while the Warriors are looking for the respect as one of the best teams in the league.
In their first meeting, it was held at the ORACLE Arena and it was a good game, with the Warriors coming away with a 116-108 victory.
It was a back-and-forth battle with both teams trading runs. However, the Warriors ultimately had the upper hand as Curry finished with 26 points and 10 assists to help Golden State.
They shot 50 percent from the field despite being held to only 27 percent from beyond the arc.
For the Thunder, Durant was the undoubted leader as he finished with 40 points and 14 rebounds in 41 minutes of action.
The Thunder forward made 12 of his 25 shots and drained all 13 attempts from the free throw line.
Now expect both teams to come all out as the Thunder hope for a big win and break the streak of the Warriors, while Golden State hope to take a 2-0 series lead.
