San Antonio was able to snap their four game losing streak on Monday with a win over the Los Angeles Clippers. They will be hoping to build on that 125-118 win today with a second straight victory.
Westbrook has said of the Spurs: "They are definitely a tough team at home. We just have to go in there and try to get a win."
