'Once Upon a Time' Cast News, Update: Meghan Ory's Ruby To Return in Season 5?
It has just been confirmed in a casting report from TVLine that the fifth season of ABC's hit supernatural drama TV series "Once Upon A Time" will see one of the show's mainstays returning.
Earlier this week, co-creator Eddy Kitsis teased to the publication during its Fall Preview Q&A segment that fans may "never know who might come out" when the series resumes its airing schedule.
TVLine's Matt Webb Mitovich later on confirmed that Meghan Ory will be in her role again as Ruby/Red Riding Hood for a number of episodes in Season 5A.

Ory appeared in the ABC show's pilot and was last seen on Season 3's 22nd episode.
Meanwhile, co-creator Adam Horowitz teased details on some of the key events in Season 5 primer most especially that of Jennifer Morrison's Emma Swan who is now the Dark One.
Horowitz explained that there's a "real driving force behind what Emma is doing and why."
"Emma [before] was a very smart person who did things for a reason, and that translates. It's not a rampant evil that's been unleashed," the EP said.
The showrunner, however, warned that the main character "is going to do something particularly bad" during the season opener which will affect "the people she loves."
This situation will prompt those dear to her to make their haste to Camelot and find Merlin for the cure of the curse.
However, it's not that the realm is just waiting for them to help out. Horowitz teased that "others might be more skeptical [of our heroes]," after all Camelot folks "have a similar goal" with the Storybrooke people.
The show boss further dropped some warnings about the pregnant Wicked Witch of the West, Zelena (Rebecca Mader).
Horowitz only disclosed that fans will surely get the reason behind why they should be wary of the character during the season's premiere.
"Once Upon A Time" Season 5 premieres Sunday, Sept. 27, at 8/7c on ABC.
