'Once Upon a Time' Season 5 Episode 3 Spoilers and Episode 2 Recap: What Will Hook Do for Love?
In the upcoming episode of "Once Upon a Time" entitled "Siege Perilous," the official synopsis reads, "A royal ball is held in Camelot, but a dark turn of events forces David and Robin to take action. Meanwhile, Regina's fortitude is tested as she tries to safeguard Emma; and back in Storybrooke, Hook attempts to bring Emma back to the light."
In the promo for the episode, it seems that Emma will be in two places at once. Emma will be with Rumple at the site where the sword in the stone is and she will also be with Hook as he pleads with him to believe her.
In the preview for the episode, it seems that Snow and Charming will have their first fight over how to best save their daughter Emma. In the episode, it would seem that Hook's love for Emma will be tested and the fans will get to see just how far Hook will go for his lady love.
In the last episode, it began with the dwarves who had been contemplating crossing the line in order to see what the new curse would be. Dopey drew the short straw and he ended up becoming a tree to which Regina commented that's new.
The episode then went back to six weeks ago when the gang first arrived in Camelot. They met Guinevere and they saw the tree that Merlin has been stuck in. Arthur wanted to know why they want to free Merlin, which Charming explained. Regina asserted herself as the new savior.
Emma erased the memories of the gang. Regina was shaken by Emma's words. The gang went to a ball in their honor. Sir Percival gave Regina a pendant and he discovered that she was not the savior. When he fought Regina and Robin stepped in to save her, Robin was hurt. Robin was saved by Emma's magic. Arthur wanted the dagger for himself in order to repair his sword.
Robin was taken by the Fury because he had escaped death and he was saved by the rest of the gang through the power of love. Hook was depressed over Emma's rejection. Emma discovered that in order to wield the sword she would have to pay a dear price.
