According to Spoilers Guide, the synopsis read, "Emma, Snow, David, Regina, Robin, Henry, and Hook search for a way to free everyone from the Underworld; Gold creates a portal to Storybrooke, which transports them to the Underworld; Belle is reunited with Rumple; Snow and David attempt to send a message from the Underworld to their son, Neal. In flashbacks, Hades learns about Zelena's special spell and pays her a visit."

Meanwhile, fans will continue to experience the torment of Hades. After the news of Belle's pregnancy was revealed, it was speculated that Hades could be taking away Belle and Rumple's baby. This could be due to Rumple's past actions to deceive Hades. Nevertheless, if Hades does try to take away their baby, fans can expect Hades and Rumple to go head to head once again.

It was reported that the new baby will be a big factor in Belle and Rumple's relationship. Some predict that the baby could even help Rumple change his ways from being the dark one. However, there has yet to be any news confirming the matter.

"Once Upon A Time" Season 5 Episode 16 is expected to play on ABC this Apr. 3.
