'Once Upon A Time' Season 5B Spoilers: What Will Happen Next to the Storybrooke Characters?

It will be three more months before "Once Upon a Time" returns from its long hiatus, and fans can't wait to see what will happen next to the Storybrooke characters. Season 5B marks the second part of the Dark One arc, and it will also be the 100th episode of the show. With another milestone reached, fans are curious what they will see next once the show returns this March.

According to iDigital Times, "Once Upon a Time" will return with the characters now preparing for their journey into the Underworld. The website said that Emma (Jennifer Morrison) and the others will try to bring back Hook (Colin O' Donoghue) to the living world, but it will not be easy since the Underworld is definitely not a safe place.

Other things that fans could expect from the Underworld is that it is not the same as hell, but is said to be the place in between the world of the living and hell. Old characters will also make their comeback such as Peter Pan (Robbie Kay), Milah (Rachel Shelley), and Cruella de Vil (Victoria Smurfit). Even Prince Charming's (Josh Dallas) dead twin brother will also make an appearance in the world of the Greek god, Hades.

Speaking of Hades, he is rumored to be gracing the show, according to TV Line, and he'll be played by Greg Germann ("Ally McBeal"). Fans will also see Megara and Hercules in the second half of the current season, and they will be played by Kacey Rohl and Jonathan Whitesell, respectively. The website claims that the characters will be appearing in the 13th episode, which is titled "Labor of Love." Viewers can't wait to see the new characters cross paths with Emma and the gang, and many wonder what their roles will be in Emma's rescue mission.

"Once Upon a Time" season 5 episode 12, which is titled "Souls of the Departed," will air on the March 6 on ABC.
