'Once Upon a Time' Season 6 Premiere and Updates: New Characters Coming to Storybrooke Maine; What We Know So Far
"Once Upon a Time" Season 5 concluded with Emma Swan (Jennifer Morrison) and Captain Hook (Colin O'Donoghue) left in a happy place. During the fifth season they both had their challenges especially in their relationship.
The sixth season of the series is coming up and it seems that there will be a lot to learn about Captain Hook.

In a recent report, executive producers Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis stated that there will be more to learn about Hook's past story. He added that maybe Captain Hook will be meeting a relative or her mother in Season 6.
They also confirmed that the relationship of Emma and Hook will be challenged but they both will remain strong and that they are one couple that will stick together. They further stated that the relationship may even be stronger in the upcoming season.
Horowitz and Kitsis actually hinted that they will let Emma and Hook enjoy their relationship in Season 6, which is a good thing for the series since the two have been going through a lot in the past season.
The executive producers of the show also teased that Hook might even be getting a job in the sixth season which can be interesting because of Captain Hook's personality.
Furthermore, Aladdin has been introduced in the series and with this introduction Emma will soon learn that she was not the only Saviour.
New Characters
The cast of the sixth season has been made and even though there has been a lot of changing from characters, there has been an original personality that will be back in Season 6. Raphael Sbarge will return in the sixth season and will be reprising his role. Sbarge had played the characters of Dr. Archie Hopper/Jiminy Cricket. He will be returning to Storybrooke, Maine and will feature a new patient.
However, Horowitz has not revealed who Archie's new patient will be and there will be a few casts who are new in the series. These new members might be needing assistance. There has been a revelation of a character named Morpheus that will be a part in this fall's premiere of the series. Other characters who will be joining the cast will be Scheherazade and Sinbad from the folk tale, "One Thousand and One Nights."
"Once Upon a Time" is a fairy tale television series which takes place in a town of Storybrooke, Maine. The town is a fictional place and the residents in this town are all characters from fairy tales.
Season 6 of "Once Upon a Time" will premiere on September 25, 2016.
