'One Piece' Chapter 805 Spoilers: Did Nami Turn into an Animal? Is Luffy Going Through Another Timeskip?

Fans of the manga "One Piece" are impatiently awaiting for the release of Chapter 805. While the release is still uncertain, fans have been keeping themselves busy by discussing what had occured in the previous chapter, and what events could take place in the new one.

One of the characters that had sparked discussions is Nami, whose clothes were visibly seen worn by the Mink Men in Chapter 804. Because of this, many have come up with theories on what could have happened to Nami.

According to Movie News Guide, the most popular theory is that Nami has turned into an animal. There are two proposed ways on how this could have happened. First follows the belief that the Mink Men have the power to transform humans into animals. They could have done so to Nami, followed by stealing her clothes. The other way that Nami's transformation could have occured is the suspicion that Zou Island has a fruit with magical powers to temporarily turn anyone who eats it into an animal. Nami might have eaten the fruit, thus giving the Mink Men the opportunity to steal her clothes after. One of the common beliefs that animal transformation has is the temporary loss of memory, which in either theories Nami could be suffering from.

Another thing that many readers believe they will see in the upcoming chapter is a timeskip for Luffy. In a report by DesignNTrend, many believe that this may be required to show how Luffy could gain more strength. At this point, followers of the manga already have an idea of Luffy's maximum capabailities and they are not anywhere near the power of the four Yonkou or marine Admirals. Because of the increasing strength of the enemies, Luffy will have to find a way to gain strength — fast. One of the fans even suggested that he should go through a time-defying training much like what Goku had undergone. However, many fans also know that Eiichiro Oda, creator of "One Piece," follows a natural progressing story, and so it's yet to be known how he will go about with Luffy's strenght limit in the meantime.
