'Orange Is the New Black' Season 5 Spoilers: Danielle Brooks Gives Away Some Details About the Show
Actress Danielle Brooks, who plays inmate Tasha "Taystee" Jefferson's, recently gave away some details about the upcoming season of "Orange is The New Black."
Brooks was present at the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards last Monday where, during a red carpet interview, she told E! News that season 5 will be finished within three days.
"You will watch 13 episodes, and find out what happens in the course of three days. So, it will be very detailed, very intense, and you better get ready. Get your popcorn, your tissues, everything," Brooks added.

It is the third consecutive year that "Orange is The New Black" .
The comedy-drama show that surrounds its story on a very diverse set of female inmates in the Litchfield Penitentiary, won the Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series award.
In the 23rd SAG Awards, "Orange is The New Black" cast snatched the award from cast on other TV shows namely: "The Big Bang Theory," "Black-ish," "Modern Family," and "Veep" in the 23rd SAG Awards.
When asked why the show is such a major hit, Brooks answered that it has to be because of the "strong female roles." She added, "I think that people see themselves, regardless if you're a male or female, gay, straight, whatever religion you are, whatever color you are, you can relate to someone in that story."
For Brooks, one of the strengths of their show is its truthful narrative, to which people can relate. The actress expressed how grateful she is to be part of the show and have the chance to tell the story of "Orange is The New Black."
However, talking to PEOPLE the same night, Brooks shared that she almost turned down the "Orange is The New Black" gig after learning that her role's first scene needs her to be topless. But now, Brooks admitted how happy she is that she accepted the role.
Brooks did not share anymore specific details about season 5's plot. The actress also said that she does not know yet when the show is going to premiere but she is positive that "Orange is The New Black" will arrive sometime in summer just like the four previous seasons did.
