'Orphan Black' Season 4 News, Update: BBC Drops Scenes of the Season 4 Premiere

To further amp up the hype, BBC One releases the first four minutes for the Season 4 premiere of its hit drama TV series "Orphan Black."

The sneak peek, which can be seen below, is from the opening episode, entitled "The Collapse of Nature."

The teaser somehow reveals that the new clone M.K. is actually working with Beth Childs on something that is yet to be known. It opens up with a scene focusing on the newcomer wearing a sheep mask. She's found surveying the woods and then spotted two paramedics, a man and a woman, burying a body bag in hole they made. It can be deduced that the couple are up to no good.

M.K. accidentally broke some twigs and it catches the attention of the two people which immediately scan the area to look for the origin of the noise. Luckily she wasn't noticed and proceeded to flee the scene. However, before she left, she tapered a sticker on the position where she saw the two aforementioned persons.

The scene then shifts to Beth Childs who wakes up in the middle of the night to receive a call which happens to come from M.K. The clone told the police officer about her little sleuthing in the woods. She also warned Beth "never to trust anyone" even those who are close.

The part with Beth meanwhile offers a glimpse of her troubled life laden with secrets, drugs, and her crumbling relationship with Paul.

Perhaps the scene between M.K. and Beth will establish the fact that the former really knows so much about the clones and their origin. As what series executives Graeme Manson and John Fawcett told Entertainment Weekly, this "traumatized clone" has a "deep past" that will be unraveled in the new installment. Her "slippery" and "very elusive" characteristic, however, could be bad news for Sarah who is also on the trail to finding the truth.

"Orphan Black" Season 4 premieres Thursday, April 14, on BBC America.
