'Overwatch' News: Director Jeff Kaplan Might Be Teasing New Custom Game Options That Could Be Introduced
Low-gravity mode could be one of the Custom Game options added to 'Overwatch'
Many "Overwatch" players are constantly looking out for what new things may be added to the game, searching for any clue - no matter how obscure - that could be relevant. However, director Jeff Kaplan himself has recently given the fans some teasers to think about.
Kaplan has been using the game's official forums to interact with fans and get their thoughts regarding the game. And every now and then, he has also used these forums to seemingly drop some important tidbits of information.
Most recently, Kaplan used the forums to talk about Custom Game options.
Detailed in a recent report from PVP Live, Kaplan first commented on the idea of a low-gravity Custom Game option being added, by noting that it "sounds like fun."
Not too long after that, Kaplan once again used the platform provided by the forums to get into a conversation involving slo-mo options being made available for Custom Games. With regards to the slo-mo options, Kaplan noted that this is something that he and the other developers will look into.
It is worth noting that Kaplan did not outright confirm that low-gravity and slo-mo options will soon become available for "Overwatch's" Custom Games, but as PVP Live pointed out, these hints have turned out to be meaningful before.
At the very least, players may want to be mindful of what Kaplan says whenever he jumps into conversations taking place within the forums, as he actually has a say in which features end up in the game.
Fans who have ideas of their own for future Custom Game options may want to put forth their suggestions as well, as Kaplan may be looking through comments again trying to find one that could work well inside the game.
More news about which Custom Game options could be added to "Overwatch" should be made available in the near future.
