Pauline Potter Credits Sex for Weight Loss: World's Heaviest Woman Aims for 500 Pounds

A woman who was the Guinness Book of World Record's "World's Heaviest Woman" has declared that her key to loosing close to 100 pounds is having sex numerous times a day.

The woman, Pauline Potter, described her new workout regimen during an interview with Britain's Closer magazine, and also how she was able to rekindle the romance with her ex-husband, Alex, which has led to her weight loss.

"I can't move much in bed, but I burn 500 calories a session - it's great exercise just jiggling around," she told Closer magazine.

Potter is optimistic that she will be able to hit her goal weight of 532 pounds with Alex's help, adding that the couple have sex up to seven times each day.

"We love foreplay and massages and, as well as full sex, I pleasure Alex, too," she told the magazine. "My bed is strengthened and, although I can't buy sexy lingerie, I drape a nice sheet over me."

The pair met online in 2002 and married in 2005. But the couple split three years later after Alex's son and Potter could not form a healthy relationship. After the breakup, Potter stated that she began eating massive amounts of food, leading to her weight gain and subsequent depression.

Potter contacted the Guinness Book of World Records aiming to claim the title of "World's Heaviest Woman."

Alex then received word of what his former wife was doing and when the two met, they quickly fell for each other again.

"Within the first day of being back together we had sex six times in 24 hours," Alex explained.

While the two say they are happy and madly in love, lovemaking still poses its challenges and dangers.

"It's really dangerous for us to have sex because at any moment the bed could collapse and one or both of us could be seriously injured or even killed from the impact," he added.
