Phaedra Parks Talks Divorce Rumors, Supporting Apollo Nida During Legal Issues

Phaedra Parks, the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" personality, is maintaining that her marriage is still intact and that she is defending her husband amid public legal issues.

Apollo Nida, Parks' husband, made headlines earlier this year for allegedly creating fake businesses, false bank accounts and using stolen checks while defrauding automotive lenders, according to Access Atlanta. While the couple has not been spotted pictured together recently, some have begun to question if Parks is parting ways with her husband.

"I have not filed for divorce," Parks said on Bravo TV late night show "Watch What Happens Live." "I am still very married, check out the bling."

In fact, the lawyer and mortician insists that she will support her husband through legal issues. However, she will not legally represent him in court.

"At the end of the day I am a southern belle, we are family and i will support him until this is resolved," she said.

Still, she chose not to detail his legal issues when being questioned about it on the show.

"Obviously I have nothing to do with his current issues," she said. "He is going to appear (on the next reunion show) and have his own conversation with the lovely Andy Cohen and he will tell you all about his issues and problems and I will sit back quietly and listen."

Parks previously spoke to "Good Day Atlanta" about why she has remained quiet about what is happening in her home.

"A lot of times we're divulging too much information about everything. You go somewhere and people are telling you about their very intimate surgical procedures," she said. "I don't want to know that you've had things removed, you've had things added. It's just certain things that should be a secret. I just don't want to hear about all that stuff."
