'Pokémon GO' and 'Pokémon Z' Release Date Rumors: Both Games Rumored to Release Early 2016
In what could be one of the most exciting speculations about "Pokémon GO" and "Pokémon Z," it is said that both games will be released at the same time sometime early this coming year.
While "Pokémon GO" has already been confirmed, an exact release date wasn't given just yet. Still, fans are looking forward to the day when they can finally see gaming at a whole new and higher level.
Niantic sees the game as one that will introduce a world of gaming that is closest to reality as it allows for capturing Pokémon all around the area, including malls, gardens, parks, mountains, and other locations where Pokémon are known to reside. This could also mean players can capture Pokémon that belong to other gamers, which adds more fun to the challenge.
What's more interesting is the idea that players can spot a Pokémon hiding somewhere in a bushy area or a Squirtle getting splashy in Singapore's MerLion, or even Bulbasaur sleeping near a volcano.
Meanwhile, Game Freak has not given so many details about "Pokémon Z" just yet. However, since fans have been looking forward to the game's coming, speculations have also been raised.
One of the hottest rumors is that the game will feature Zygarde, and the Pokémon is said to undergo several stages of evolution until it reaches the end stage with greater power and strength.
Another rumored character that is said to enter the game is the Dark Mewto, who is the hottest Pokémon in the "Pokkén Tournament."
It was confirmed earlier that "Pokémon GO" will be available for iOS and Android devices, and while the excitement for its release should be enough to whet fans' appetites, many are still clamoring for more news about "Pokémon Z."
It is worth noting that a lot of the news circulating online are merely speculations since Niantic and Game Freak have not offered too many details, more specifically on the games' launch dates.
On the other hand, fans can just hope that by speculating that the games will release at the same time, Niantic and Game Freak may just decide to give fans what they want.
