Release Date

While "Pokemon Go" has yet to be fully released, the previous week presented a beta version of the game. With that, several individuals from different places of the world were able to experience the game. In addition, the beta version will soon be available to a second wave of testers

The second wave of beta testers will come from the U.S. With that, fans can expect more players to try out the game. However, there has yet to be any news regarding the release date of the game.

About the Field Test

Nevertheless, news about the beta testing confirm that it is indeed happening. Those who received invites have already gained access to the game. The testing has been happening in several places around the world to see how well the game works in different areas. With that, testers will be able to get a first look into which Pokemons will be present in the new game.

Meanwhile, news of the beta testing had fans believing that the release of "Pokemon Go" is not until next year. The field testing for a previous title called "Ingress" followed the same format, which lasted for several months. Because of that, it took a whole year for the release of the full game. However, reports speculate that there is a chance for an earlier release for "Pokemon Go."

E3 Launch

With the ground breaking game highly anticipated by fans, there is a lot of excitement for Nintendo's Tree House event, which will present the new "Pokemon Go" game. Along with "Pokemon Go," the Tree House event will feature the upcoming "Pokemon Sun and Moon," which will present a new evolution of Pokemons.
