'Pretty Little Liars' Season 6B Plot News: Filming Wraps Up With Photos, Liars Attending a Funeral?
Fans can't wait to see "Pretty Little Liars" back on television for Season 6B. After the big reveal of who 'A' was, the series will make a time jump to five years later, the period where the main characters Hanna (Ashley Benson), Aria (Lucy Hale), Emily (Shay Mitchell), Spencer (Troian Bellisario) and Alison (Sasha Pieterse) move on from high school and take on more mature and perhaps career-driven lives.
And since Season 6B will air very soon, the PLL team has worked hard to finish filming and start preparing for its season premiere in ABC. According to Bustle, filming for the new season is almost done and in order to commemorate the incoming wrap-up, the team and cast of "Pretty Little Liars" have posted on their social media accounts some behind-the-scenes photos—a seemingly great way to just go and tease fans about what happened and what's to come.
First up is show creator Marlene King, who posted a throwback photo of all the five girls with their backs facing the camera. She captioned that it was the day that they shot the new PLL opening title. TV Line noted that since they're all wearing black, there's an assumption that they will once again stand behind a coffin just like the old one. The notable difference is that Alison will be on it this time. So if Alison's now found and not dead, who will be inside the coffin? The source is guessing Mama DiLaurentis. Fans will just have to wait and see.
The stars of the show also posted photos of their own and Wetpaint compiled several of them showing some hints about the upcoming show. One photo, posted by King again, is teasing fans a location spot they filmed in. She also posted on-the-set photos and behind the camera angles while shooting scenes. Selfie shots of the cast were abundant and even some sneak peeks of their late night work schedule and how they are surviving it.
As of the moment, there is still no schedule of airing for "Pretty Little Liars" Season 6B but it is expected to arrive on January 2016.
