Amazing surveillance skills
"A" is well known for spying on the girls and Ezra is also known for his surveillance skills. One time, he and Aria had a big fight; Aria found out that he was surveying her and her friends. Anyhow, his skills became handy when a nurse from Radley left a clue at his door. Ezra could still be using his ninja skills up to now as "A."
The report also noticed that Ezra is very capable of hiding his true emotions, making him likely someone as secretive as "A". During the so-called fight between him and Aria, his cool and calm demeanor was very irritating considering that he and his beloved have just broken up. He keeps secrets well hidden underneath that charming smile and drop-dead good looks.
Ezra still not over Alison?
One of the most farfetched theories (but is still worth considering) from the report said that Ezra could be "A" because he has a hidden motive. Before he met and fell in love with Aria, there was Alison. He might not yet be over Alison's rejection and thus, he is out to seek revenge.
Weddings next season
Viewers would have to wait until spring to find out who "A" really is as creators of the show are not yet too open to revealing this huge secret months before the final season. What they could tell PLL followers right now is that there are weddings to be expected in Season 7.
One of the couples could be Aria and Ezra, as well as two other pairs, who seem to be ready to take their relationships to a whole new level.

There is no specific date yet for the release of Episode 1 of "Pretty Little Liars" Season 7. But creators of the show could only say that it will be shown in Spring of 2017 on Freeform.
