Ray Donovan Season 2 Finale Spoilers, Plot Rumors (Showtime): Episode 11 Recap, Season Finale Plot Revealed

Season 2 of "Ray Donovan" is about to end with its 12th episode on Sunday, and here is what Liev Schreiber's character has been up to in the last episode.

Episode 11, titled "Rodef", saw the memorial service of Marvin and Re-Kon, which looked more like a red carpet premiere as Cookie Brown (Omar J. Dorsey) shows up amidst the frenzied screaming of fans.

Meanwhile, Ray, thinking that he'll be facing some jail time in the future, has Harriet sign a commercial property called ABC Corporation over to his wife Abby (Paula Malcomson) to ensure that his family will be taken care of just in case he goes to prison. He thinks that this is a possibility because a female reporter is planning to expose the fact that he paid Mickey to kill Sully. Abby rejects the offer because she does not approve of the way Ray handles things.

The reporter also gets Frank to admit that Mickey killed Sully, and Ezra thinks that she is a Rodef, and must be killed before she destroys everybody, but Ray insists that she must not be harmed.

Ray manages to obtain video footage of Bridget leaving the scene of the crime where the bodies of Marvin and Re-Kon were found, and he tells Cookie to meet him so he can turn over the footage. But everything goes wrong as he gets arrested before he is able to do so.

Episode 12, titled "My Captain" will see Mickey start over with a new plan after his original plan failed when Shorty died. Abby will also be forced to choose between her husband and her lover, Jim.

The 12th and final episode of "Ray Donovan" season 2 will air on Sept. 28 at 9 p.m. ET on Showtime.
