'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Star Surprised With Her Recent Divorce
Reality star Yolanda Hadid, as well as her fans, were surprised at the recent news regarding her marriage.
It was announced that Yolanda Hadid's husband, David Foster, had just filed for a divorce. The announcement was made last December, when the couple issues a statement to People magazine. The statement read, "Sadly we have decided to go our separate ways. We've shared 9 beautiful and joyous years together. During that time we experienced love, friendship and the inevitable challenges that come with managing a marriage, careers, blended families and health issues."
However, it was stated that Hadid was not expecting the split at all. With that, Hadid was able to share her sentiments on the recent turn of events. In her interview with Andy Cohen on the show "Watch What Happens Live," the star did not see the divorce coming. She explained that while they had hardships, she did not think that it was already going to be the end of their marriage. The star of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" stated, "I didn't think that was the end of the road. I would have hoped to wait until I got 100 percent well."

Reports also added that the reason for their split could be due to her recent diagnosis of Lyme disease. The recent teaser of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" also hinted that this could by why Foster decided to end their relationship.
In the teaser, Hadid had said that it takes a lot for someone to take care of somebody sick. With that, she said that her husband did not change at all while she was sick, meaning that she does not put any blame on him. Hadid said that it was merely her sickness that got in the way.
Foster also made a statement regarding her sickness, stating that even though they are going through a divorce, he is proud to see her strong and brave as she battles her sickness.
