'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Update: Kim Richards Reportedly Not Receive Any Payment For Appearing In Season 6

Season 6 of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" is set to return to the small screen soon. But even before it could air its premiere episode, it has already sparked issues and rumors. For starters, Kim Richards is returning to the show after all. But unlike her co-stars, it is rumored that she will be doing it without charge.

According to Inquisitr, the former child actress will do whatever she can just to be part of the upcoming season of the show, even if it means not getting paid. The source stated that the producers of the hit series have permitted Richards to be a guest star in several episodes only if she agreed to do it with no pay. "Kim wasn't paid a dime to return to RHOBH," claims an insider.

Richards, who was part of season 5, was kicked out from the reality show just a few weeks after she was arrested for public intoxication, battery and resisting arrest at the Beverly Hills Hotel in April. Design & Trend reported that the producers of the show originally had no intention of bringing Richards back to the show. They believed that she needed to get help without the cameras following her around.

But, according to some reports, Richards has found her doorway to the show again by working for free. She is also reported to be desperate to get back on TV to redeem herself and restore her reputation. Reality Tea noted that she has been attending AA meetings and having appointments with a psychiatrist. An update on the Reality Tea report, however, says that Richards' sister, Kathy Hilton, has tweeted and denied the allegations that Richards was in the show for free.

Meanwhile, not everyone is in favor of Richards returning to the show. The source cited that the TV personality is still too vulnerable to be on the show again. Jumping back into the series will not give her time to focus on herself.

Richards was first reported to be back in the franchise after she was spotted filming with a Bravo crew outside of Palm Springs on Oct. 29. She was also spotted attending the season 6 finale party at her sister Kyle Richards' home in California wherein Lisa Vanderpump, Camille Grammer and Lisa Rinna was also seen attending the celebration.
