'Real Housewives of Orange County' Shannon Beador Calls Out Husband's Ex-Mistress During Football Game
For the fans of the USC Trojans during the game against the University of Utah in Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum on Oct. 24, Saturday, there was apparently not only a show on the field but on the bleachers as well as Shannon Beador had confronted her husband's ex-mistress, Nicole McMackin, during the game.
According to US Weekly, however, Beador was not the one who initiated the confrontation. Insiders claim that the reality star was actually trying to not take notice of McMackin but she refused to be ignored and was deliberately trying to catch the attention of the couple, even resorting to intentionally walking past them. Also with McMackin only being seated 15 rows from them, it seemed that drama was already brewing beforehand.
The confrontation occured when the two had come face-to-face as Beador was returning to her seat and McMackin was leaving the tunnel. Insiders say that that Beador has finally spoken up, telling McMackin,"You have a lot of nerve being here." Beador herself also confirmed this statement in an interview with Entertainment Tonight, while adding what was going through her head during that point. She shared, "I was shocked to see that she was there, so this time, I'm not going to roll over."
After Beador made her statement, McMackin went up on her, with insiders claiming that she was literally "two inches" from Beador's face, and started to scream obscenities followed by the bold accusations, "You are sick and crazy." By then, Beador was already fed up as she replied "Why are you describing yourself to me?" and then proceeded to face the audience and yelled in the stands, "NICOLE is the woman who had an affair with my husband!" McMackin didn't seem to have been bothered by this announcement.
It was back in June that David, Shannon's husband, had reportedly cheated on with McMackin. With an affair lasting for about 8 months and even reached a point when he had left his wife for about 2 weeks. During the "Real Housewives of Orange County" reunion earlier this month, Shannon recalls "I don't think that people understand the level of hurt. When David left me for those two weeks, he would still come and pick the kids up from school. One day he handed [our daughter] Stella his wedding ring, and said, 'Give this to your mother. I don't want it anymore.' That was a knife in my heart. I thought, 'We're never going to get back together.'"
The couple are now determined more than ever to keep their marriage intact and are working on their relationship.
