Robert Pattinson and FKA Twigs: Newly Engaged Couple Reportedly Not in a Rush to Have a Baby
Robert Pattinson appears to be more in love than ever with his fiancée, singer FKA Twigs, as the two were recently seen getting cozy at Coachella earlier this month. Now that the two are said to be planning to tie the knot soon, fans are wondering if the couple is planning on having children right away, and in this regard, the two are reportedly on the same page.
According to a source from Hollywood Life, the two have talked about having kids and both agree that they want to wait before they start a family.
"They don't want kids for a few years, they don't even want an accident to happen," said the insider to the website. "They want to enjoy each other because neither one of them are ready to be parents. They have talked about not being in a rush and have told friends and family their thoughts as well so they won't get unneeded pressure to start a family."
Aside from wanting to spend as much time with each other, the two may also be delaying becoming parents because both are reportedly very focused on their careers. Pattinson has just finished filming "The Childhood of a Leader" which will premiere this year and the actor is set to begin work on "The Lost City of Z" with Charlie Hunnam and Sienna Miller, and "Brimstone", which will be released next year. Meanwhile, FKA Twigs, whose real name is Tahliah Debrett Barnett, has been shortlisted at this year's Ivor Novello Awards for the Best Contemporary Song award.
The couple started dating in August 2014 before getting engaged earlier this year.
