Robert Pattinson 'Passionate' About Music Career Following Kristen Stewart Split?
Robert Pattinson is reportedly focused on launching his music career following his split from Kristen Stewart and new reports claim that British actor ultimately wants to distance himself from the drama surrounding his love life.
The "Maps To The Stars" actor, 27, ended his four-year relationship with Stewart, 23, in May, almost one year after the actress' infamous cheating scandal. Pattinson is said to be focused on work following the couple's split and sources claim he wants to be known for his talent as opposed to his on-and-off relationship with Stewart.
"Rob's number one priority right now is his career, in particular music. He's heavily invested in his music career and it will only be a matter of time that he has a number one hit on his hands," a source told HollywoodLife.com.

"He's that talented and that passionate about making this happen. Rob is a very humble, deep, thoughtful person and music is his way of expressing his authentic self," the source explained.
Pattinson, who began dating Stewart after meeting her on the 2008 set of "Twilight," has been closely affiliated with the film's franchise since its debut. In addition to Twilight, media critics have scrutinized his relationship with Stewart and the actor is said to be fed up with this.
"It's very important to him that he not be defined by the Twilight movies, or his relationship with Kristen," the source said.
Meanwhile Stewart, who is said to be struggling with her split from Pattinson, is reportedly crushed that the actor has been able to move on with his life so quickly. Pattinson moved out of Stewart's Los Feliz home just days after their split and he has been photographed enjoying nights out with friends and looking happy while filming on set on various occasions.
"Kristen isn't happy that Rob has seemed to be so carefree filming his next movie, going out all of the time, etc. Does she want him to live a happy life? Of course. But she wishes it looked like he was suffering a bit more," a source said.
"She feels like her exhaustion and heartbreak as a result of the situation is written all over her face, and she feels betrayed that it looks like he's totally cool with everything. It's a cycle of depression for her," the source explained.
