Robert Pattinson was photographed outside of Kristen Stewart's Los Felix home in recent days following reports claiming the pair may be headed for a reconciliation.

The British actor, 27, was seen driving a white Durango with an out of state license plate which he reportedly parked outside of Stewart's home for two hours. The "Twilight" stars split in May due to alleged trust issues however Stewart, 23, is said to be desperate to win him back.

"Rob looked nervous on his way to visit Kristen," a photographer on the scene told X17online. "He was trying to be discreet so no one would see him."
The "Camp X-Ray" actress, who first began dating Pattinson after meeting on the 2008 set of "Twilight," had given Pattinson space after their May split with the hope that they would eventually reconcile in due course.
"She's leaving Rob alone," a source previously told HollywoodLife.com about Stewart's plan to win Pattinson back. "She's hoping time will heal all wounds on this, and that if she gives it enough time, they can reconnect down the road."
The exes had reportedly not seen one another since the split however the new photographs suggest they may have had a secret reunion. A source claims that while Pattinson is entirely focused on work at present, the actor has not ruled out a reconciliation with Stewart.
"He's told his friends that during a different time and different circumstances, they could make it work," a source revealed. "At this point, Rob's just going to focus on making great cinema and hanging out with his friends."
The pair's relationship began falling apart in 2012 when Stewart admittedly cheated on Pattinson with her married "Snow White and The Huntsman" director, Rupert Sanders. Although the actress publicly apologized, Pattinson was unable to trust her again.
"Rob always brings up the cheating scandal to Kristen. He hangs it over her head," a source previously told Us magazine.
"He really put her through the ringer. Ultimately, it was like, 'Either we move past this or we don't.' It wasn't good for either of them," another source said about the reason behind their split.
