'Rocket League': Neo Tokyo Arena, Loading Screens Get Fixes From Patch 1.33

Ice Charger from 'The Fate of the Furious' also available now for 'Rocket League' players to purchase

"Rocket League" players can now download a new patch for the game, and this one contains fixes for a particular arena and also for the loading screens.

First off, developers revealed in a new post on the game's official website that this patch will get rid of a problem that players could encounter in the Neo Tokyo arena.

Apparently, some Private Matches that were being played inside Neo Tokyo could sometimes feature an invisible ball. While some players may be intrigued by the challenge of trying to work with an invisible ball, that is not supposed to be an actual feature and so the patch has taken it out.

Also being fixed by Patch 1.33 are the game's loading screens.

These have proven problematic for some players, causing their games to suddenly crash. With the patch installed, however, the loading screens are not expected to bring about crashes any longer.

Meanwhile, Xbox One players should also find that the Xbox Live text filters will no longer adversely affect the game.

Developers have also advised players that there may be messages issued in the future that are meant to notify them of possible problems related to Xbox and PlayStation text filters. Once these messages are sent out, certain features of the game such as chatting and leaderboards may be limited, but games should still progress smoothly.

In related news, the Ice Charger from "The Fate of the Furious" was also recently released inside "Rocket League" as a new downloadable content item.

Players interested in getting this Premium Battle-Car can purchase it for $1.99 and they will also receive some new decals and wheels along with it. Players who decide to get the car can also tinker with it as it is fully customizable.

More news about other additions and patches that may be released for "Rocket League" should be made available soon.
