Ryan Seacrest's Girlfriend Makes Live Appearance on 'Live with Kelly and Ryan'

"Live with Kelly and Ryan" co-host Ryan Seacrest introduced his model girlfriend Shayna Taylor on his show on Tuesday, marking Taylor's first live guest appearance on TV. On Tuesday's episode of the cooking show, Taylor joined her boyfriend and Kelly Ripa in making a banana bread, where she competed with the executive producer's wife, Laurie.

Titled "Banana Bread Bake Off," the segment featured a competition between Taylor and Laurie. They had to show the viewers which of them could make "the healthiest, most delicious banana bread." Both Seacrest and Ripa introduced the guests on the show, and it was evident that Seacrest could not contain his excitement over his girlfriend's guesting.

In her introduction, Ripa said, "There's been a lot of smack-talk around here between Ryan and Gelman regarding whose significant other's healthy banana bread is best. We've decided to put an end to this madness — this two days of madness — and have them battle in a banana bread bake off."

Seacrest then introduced his girlfriend as his "personal chef," a graduate of the Art Institute Culinary School and "the greatest cook in town." "I'm proud and excited to have her here," he gushed.

As Taylor entered the studio and started working on her banana bread, Seacrest asked her not to be nervous. The couple called each other "babe," as Taylor was working on her bread recipe. "You're a natural on national television," Seacrest told Taylor.

Taylor is not a professional baker, but she is known for actively sharing healthy recipes and tips on her Instagram, My Bikini Kitchen. During the segment, she baked a flourless, sugar-free banana bread and used wholesome ingredients like organic pumpkin puree and almond butter.

Seacrest also revealed that he helped his girlfriend make the homemade almond milk and almond crackers at home. Taylor explained that she believes in "homemade everything," saying that she wants to do everything at home since she doesn't know what ingredients store-bought foods contain.
