Only the Los Angeles Lakers are below the Kings in the division standings at the moment.

The Kings were on a losing streak before their last match when they met the Dallas Mavericks.

As underdogs, the Kings played an inspired game to comfortably beat the Mavericks 112-98 in their home court.

DeMarcus Cousins is still one of the best centers in the league and can help change the complexion of the game in favour of the Kings with his play.

As they face the Celtics, the Kings will need Cousins the most as the Celtics are exceeding expectations once again early in the regular season.

Boston are 6-4 in their last 10 games and are coming off a big win against the Miami Heat.

Being on the road, the Celtics have held their own and a win over the Western Conference team will greatly help them in this tough stretch.

The Celtics have been carried by the slick shooting of Isaiah Thomas who leads the team in points with 20.8 per game. Behind him are Avery Bradley with 16.1 and Jae Crowder with 11.3 a night.

For Sacramento, the key to getting the win is in defence and stopping Thomas is a must.
