There are only a few games left in the season but the Mavericks need to get wins as much as they could if they want to challenge for the post season spots.
They still have the arsenal to challenge stronger teams as they still have Dirk Nowitzki who is still an elite player in the league, while other players like Wesley Matthews, Deron Williams and JJ Barea are definitely more than capable to back him up.
On the other hand, the Kings are well below the race for the playoffs as they currently sit 11th in the league.
They have shown signs of improvement this year as DeMarcus Cousins is still one of the best big men in the league, but the addition of Rajon Rondo in the lineup has given Sacramento a potent floor general who can feed the big man down the middle.
All they need is more chemistry and they may find improvement in the coming seasons if they can keep the core of the team together.
Sacramento hold a 2-1 series lead over the Mavericks and will look to win the series, while the Mavericks are hoping to get a win to tie the season matchup at 2-2.
