Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro Release Date: 128 GB Model Spotted Online

A new version of the Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro unveiled back in October has been found in the wild via the Chinese telecommunication authority TENAA.

A listing on the website shows that the handset could be getting a 128 GB version, which is double what it originally came with last year.

It is unclear as to why a new model of the Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro is being released. The original came with a microSD card slot that will allow users to expand the storage up to 256 GB.

Either way, the bigger room for storage should allow users to store more music, selfies and photos on their Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro without the use of a memory card.

The rest of the specifications and the features of the Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro iteration with the 128 GB storage space remain unchanged.

It comes with a 6-inch full high-definition (HD) display and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 processor and an Adreno 510 graphics processing unit (GPU).

The Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro also comes with a massive 6 GB random-access memory (RAM), which will definitely be able to handle the bump in the storage space.

The handset also houses a 16 MP camera with phase detection autofocus, dual-LED or dual-tone flash and high-definition recording. The front-facing shooter is also at 16 megapixels.

The Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro also has a fingerprint sensor on the front and has a massive 4,000 mAh battery pack that fits its size.

It also has fast battery-charging support, which means that when it runs out of juice, which will take a while before happening, users will not have to wait that long to charge it up to full battery again.

It is to be noted that while the original Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro came with gold, pink gold and black color variants, the TENAA listing of the 128 GB model only mentions black and gold.
