Samsung Galaxy Note 4 vs HTC One M9 Specs, Price Review: Comparison of Features - Impressive Specs, But Which Wins?
HTC has another hit on its lineup as the company recently announced its new flagship phone, the HTC One M9, at Barcelona's MWC 2015. Elegantly designed and armed with impressive specs, the phone proves that it can go head to head against many top phones in the market. But how will it fare against Samsung's 2014 best seller, the Galaxy Note 4? The Galaxy Note 4 got a lot of attention due to its big screen, stylus, and premium design, and it still continues to do well though the Korean company has already announced its latest flagship, the Galaxy S6.

Design:
The HTC One M9 is superbly crafted, with its all-metal body and gently rounded back which makes it easier to hold. The edge of the phone is a different color from the body, which gives it a two-tone effect. . The phone measures 5.69 x 2.74 x 0.38 inches and weighs 5.54 ounces. Color variations to choose from include a gold edge around a silver body, a polished silver edge around a dark grey body, and a polished gold edge around a gold body. The phone has an IP X3 rating and is splash resistant.
Meanwhile, Samsung has eschewed its usual polycarbonate shell found in previous phones for an all-metal build for the Galaxy Note 4. The back is slightly more textured than the Note 3, though it's free from the faux stitching detail found on its predecessor. The phone measures 6.04 x 3.09 x 0.33 inches and weighs 6.21 ounces. It's available in black, gold, white, and pink.
Features:
Both phones have bright and clear screens with incredible pixel density counts. The HTC handset has a 5-inch display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and pixel density of 441ppi, while the Samsung device has a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and pixel count of 515ppi.
The One M9 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 octa-core processor, and runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop with HTC Sense 7 skin on top, while the Galaxy Note 4 has the Exynos Octa 7 octa-core chip set and runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop.
The HTC device has a 20MP rear camera and 4MP front camera, while the Samsung phone has a 16MP rear facing camera and 3.7MP front facing shooter.
